Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Le Picador by Pablo Picasso for EUR 12,500.00. This price was achieved in the auction Oeuvres modernes sur papier at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Picasso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 179,365,000.00 (€ 163,148,080.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Le Picador von Pablo Picasso für EUR 12.500,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Oeuvres modernes sur papier bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pablo Picasso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 179.365.000,00 (€ 163.148.080,77).
