Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Degas Viewing Nude From The Left Side, From: Series 156 by Pablo Picasso was sold in the Prints & Multiples: First Impression auction at Christies in London in September 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,401.27) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Picasso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 179,365,000.00 (€ 163,148,080.77).

Die Arbeit Degas Viewing Nude From The Left Side, From: Series 156 von Pablo Picasso wurde im September 2015 in der Auktion Prints & Multiples: First Impression bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 4.401,27) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pablo Picasso erzielen.
