Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Striving movement by Oscar Reutersvärd for SEK 8,000.00 (€ 930.39). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Oscar Reutersvärd - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in May this year for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,584.94).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Striving movement von Oscar Reutersvärd für SEK 8.000,00 (€ 930,39) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Oscar Reutersvärd mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Mai diesen Jahres für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.584,94) versteigert wurde.
