In April 2013 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm, which included the work Aspiring cylinders by Oscar Reutersvärd. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,873.63), 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Oscar Reutersvärd; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in May this year with the realized price of SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,584.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 60 % übertroffen
Im April 2013 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aspiring cylinders von Oscar Reutersvärd zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.873,63) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Oscar Reutersvärd; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.584,94).
