Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2018 Phillips in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Untitled 22 from Time After Time: Exploding Flower & Other Matters by Ori Gersht. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,099.62). Admittedly, works by Ori Gersht have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled 5 from Blow Up in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 107,100.00 (€ 92,711.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2018 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled 22 from Time After Time: Exploding Flower & Other Matters von Ori Gersht zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.099,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ori Gersht auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled 5 from Blow Up im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 107.100,00 (€ 92.711,22).
