Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Contadina al pozzo by Oreste Labò was sold in the XIX and XX Century Sculptures and Paintings | Furniture and Old Master Paintings auction at Il Ponte in April 2014. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 700.00 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Oreste Labò achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il soldato in December this year with an auction result of EUR 10,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Contadina al pozzo von Oreste Labò wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion XIX and XX Century Sculptures and Paintings | Furniture and Old Master Paintings bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 700,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Oreste Labò erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il soldato im Dezember diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.000,00.
