Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work A River Landscape With Figures On The Banks; Also A Companion Watercolor by Onorato Carlandi for USD 239.00 (€ 176.54). This price was achieved in the auction THE HOUSE SALE at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Onorato Carlandi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana in December 2001 with an auction result of ITL 6,125,000.00 (€ 5,505.00).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A River Landscape With Figures On The Banks; Also A Companion Watercolor von Onorato Carlandi für USD 239,00 (€ 176,54) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion THE HOUSE SALE bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Onorato Carlandi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Antico acquedotto nella Campagna Romana im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 6.125.000,00 (€ 5.505,00).
