Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lebanese Mountainscape by Omar Onsi was auctioned at Bonhams in January this year. The price achieved of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,894.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Omar Onsi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 31,250.00 (€ 27,832.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lebanese Mountainscape von Omar Onsi kam im Januar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.550,00 (€ 2.894,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Omar Onsi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 31.250,00 (€ 27.832,21).
