Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,142.00 (€ 2,537.69). Other works by Om Prakash Sharma have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 3,600.00 (€ 2,985.57) in September 2005 for the work Bawal Village.
