The price achieved of USD 3,600.00 (€ 2,985.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Bawal Village is the most expensive artwork by Om Prakash Sharma that we have observed at auctions so far.
