This artwork by Olga Wisinger-Florian achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in May 2015. In the 19th Century European Paintings auction, the work Austrian spring Blossom sold for GBP 50,000.00 (€ 69,519.74) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olga Wisinger-Florian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blühende Apfelbäume bei Abendstimmung, which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 212,500.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Olga Wisinger-Florian erzielte im Mai 2015 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings wurde die Arbeit Austrian spring Blossom für GBP 50.000,00 (€ 69.519,74) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Olga Wisinger-Florian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Blühende Apfelbäume bei Abendstimmung beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 212.500,00 versteigert wurde.
