Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'Le vase vert' 67.3 x 54.5cm (26 1/2 x 21 1/2in). by Olga Sacharoff was sold in the The Russian Sale auction at Bonhams in London in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,187.50 (€ 3,802.02) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Olga Sacharoff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Route in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 99,136.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'Le vase vert' 67.3 x 54.5cm (26 1/2 x 21 1/2in). von Olga Sacharoff wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion The Russian Sale bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.187,50 (€ 3.802,02) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Olga Sacharoff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Route im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 99.136,00.
