This artwork by Octave Guillonnet achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in December 2008. In the Modern Art auction, the work Scene De Parc sold for EUR 5,100.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Octave Guillonnet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A siesta in the shade in June 2004 with an auction result of GBP 14,340.00 (€ 21,342.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Octave Guillonnet erzielte im Dezember 2008 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Scene De Parc für EUR 5.100,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Octave Guillonnet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A siesta in the shade im Juni 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 14.340,00 (€ 21.342,22).
