A top price for Nnamdi Okonkwo
The work Friends by Nnamdi Okonkwo was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in New York in January 2012. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,053.40). With this result, Friends is even the most expensive work of art by Nnamdi Okonkwo that we have observed at auctions so far.
