Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Look Mom I'M Flying by Nir Hod for USD 11,875.00 (€ 9,005.76). This price was achieved in the auction Israeli & International Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Nir Hod have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Life We Left Behind in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 37,800.00 (€ 44,328.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Look Mom I'M Flying von Nir Hod für USD 11.875,00 (€ 9.005,76) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Israeli & International Art bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nir Hod auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Life We Left Behind im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 37.800,00 (€ 44.328,34).
