This artwork by Ning Fucheng achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu sold for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 13,143.00) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ning Fucheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 59,149.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ning Fucheng erzielte im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu für HKD 112.500,00 (€ 13.143,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ning Fucheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 59.149,11).
