In December 2011 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work 'Roman Hackle' by Nina Colmore. The result of GBP 500.00 (€ 598.82) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Admittedly, works by Nina Colmore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Setting off with the Cottesbrook in June 2004 with an auction result of GBP 2,629.00 (€ 3,912.74).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Roman Hackle' von Nina Colmore zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 598,82) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nina Colmore auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Setting off with the Cottesbrook im Juni 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629,00 (€ 3.912,74).
