Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 717.00 (€ 1,083.54). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nils Hans Christiansen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Skating At Sunset, which sold at auction in March 2006 for GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,438.77).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 717,00 (€ 1.083,54) einen neuen Besitzer.
