In June 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art Day Sale, which included the work The Lions Of The Vorontsov Palace, Alupka by Nikolai Samokish. The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,748.36) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Samokish achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Red Cavalry At Perekop in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 116,500.00 (€ 140,192.16).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Lions Of The Vorontsov Palace, Alupka von Nikolai Samokish zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.748,36) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Samokish erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Red Cavalry At Perekop im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 116.500,00 (€ 140.192,16).
