The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,090.75) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Samokish achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Red Cavalry At Perekop in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 116,500.00 (€ 140,192.16).
