Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Reclining Nude by Nicolai Fechin was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 435,000.00 (€ 510,796.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 350,000.00 – 550,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nicolai Fechin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of Nadezhda Sapozhnikova in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 3,650,900.00 (€ 4,144,314.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Reclining Nude von Nicolai Fechin kam im November 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 435.000,00 (€ 510.796,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 350.000,00 – 550.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nicolai Fechin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of Nadezhda Sapozhnikova im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.650.900,00 (€ 4.144.314,62).
