Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled, Cat Girl; Untitled, Cat Girl; Untitled; Yes Sir You Just Can't Deny It; & Listen to Me You Fool by NIKKI was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 17,968.24) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by NIKKI have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in April this year with an auction result of HKD 75,600.00 (€ 77,202.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled, Cat Girl; Untitled, Cat Girl; Untitled; Yes Sir You Just Can't Deny It; & Listen to Me You Fool von NIKKI wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 17.968,24) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 150.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von NIKKI auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 75.600,00 (€ 77.202,39).
