Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2016 Christies in London held the auction First Open | London, which included the work Buhuu Suite (Woman And Door) by Nicole Wermers. The price achieved of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 3,035.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nicole Wermers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Forcefield), which sold at auction in June 2011 for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,063.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2016 führte Christies in London die Auktion First Open | London durch, in der auch die Arbeit Buhuu Suite (Woman And Door) von Nicole Wermers zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.375,00 (€ 3.035,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nicole Wermers mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Forcefield) beobachtet, die im Juni 2011 für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.063,14) versteigert wurde.
