Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Girl Audience Baseball Game (#164) by Nicole Eisenman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in July this year. The price achieved of USD 12,700.00 (€ 11,524.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicole Eisenman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mermaid Catch in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 862,500.00 (€ 1,013,215.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Girl Audience Baseball Game (#164) von Nicole Eisenman kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.700,00 (€ 11.524,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicole Eisenman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mermaid Catch im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 862.500,00 (€ 1.013.215,32).
