Auction result well in line with expectations
In September last year Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included this untitled work by Nicolás García Uriburu. The price achieved of USD 69,300.00 (€ 70,837.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Nicolás García Uriburu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2015 the work Untitled (Marie Antoinette And Cats) was auctioned for USD 125,000.00 (€ 118,348.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nicolás García Uriburu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 69.300,00 (€ 70.837,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Nicolás García Uriburu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2015 die Arbeit Untitled (Marie Antoinette And Cats) für USD 125.000,00 (€ 118.348,80) versteigert.
