Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les Enfants Terribles - 2014 by Nick Walker was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2016. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,800.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nick Walker - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Moona Lisa, which sold at auction in March 2009 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,219.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Les Enfants Terribles - 2014 von Nick Walker kam im Oktober 2016 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.800,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nick Walker mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Moona Lisa beobachtet, die im März 2009 für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.219,06) versteigert wurde.
