The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,055.00 (€ 3,275.09), 22% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Nick Eggenhofer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work When Buffalo Were Plentiful in March 2010 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 14,786.34).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.055,00 (€ 3.275,09) und damit 22% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
