The work An Architectural Capriccio With Figures Beneath An Arch by Niccolò Codazzi was sold in the Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale auction at Christies in London in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 22,500.00 (€ 30,553.92) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Niccolò Codazzi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Capriccio Of The Inside Of A Temple With Ruins Beyond; A Lacustrine Landscape With Classical Ruins, which sold at auction in October 2009 for GBP 58,850.00 (€ 65,726.14).

Die Arbeit An Architectural Capriccio With Figures Beneath An Arch von Niccolò Codazzi wurde im Dezember 2015 in der Auktion Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 22.500,00 (€ 30.553,92) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
