Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Ni Yuanlu. The price achieved of HKD 9,440.00 (€ 1,062.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ni Yuanlu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Cursive Script in September 2014 with an auction result of USD 1,325,000.00 (€ 1,049,255.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Ni Yuanlu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 9.440,00 (€ 1.062,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ni Yuanlu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Cursive Script im September 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.325.000,00 (€ 1.049.255,62).
