Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy in Running Script by Ni Yuanlu was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June this year. The price achieved of HKD 252,000.00 (€ 29,446.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ni Yuanlu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Cursive Script in September 2014 with an auction result of USD 1,325,000.00 (€ 1,049,255.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Running Script von Ni Yuanlu kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 252.000,00 (€ 29.446,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ni Yuanlu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Cursive Script im September 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.325.000,00 (€ 1.049.255,62).
