Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Neziha Selim was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in October 2013. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,517.14) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Neziha Selim have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November this year with an auction result of GBP 27,720.00 (€ 32,121.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Neziha Selim kam im Oktober 2013 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.517,14) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Neziha Selim auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.720,00 (€ 32.121,45).
