Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Her Blandishment by Negyem Adonoo was sold in the First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online auction at Christies in Brussels in October this year. The price achieved of GBP 2,520.00 (€ 2,893.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Negyem Adonoo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work While we wait in July last year with an auction result of EUR 50,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Her Blandishment von Negyem Adonoo wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in Brüssel versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.520,00 (€ 2.893,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Negyem Adonoo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit While we wait im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 50.400,00.
