Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Discoveries, which included the work Vessel by Nazar Bilyk. The price achieved of GBP 9,450.00 (€ 11,117.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Nazar Bilyk have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2021 the work CUT was auctioned for GBP 16,380.00 (€ 19,208.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Discoveries durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vessel von Nazar Bilyk zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 11.117,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Nazar Bilyk konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2021 die Arbeit CUT für GBP 16.380,00 (€ 19.208,95) versteigert.
