Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sea games by Natalia Nesterova was sold in the Important Russian Art auction at Christies in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,540.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natalia Nesterova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dancing People in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 78,000.00 (€ 112,013.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sea games von Natalia Nesterova wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Important Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.540,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natalia Nesterova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dancing People im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 78.000,00 (€ 112.013,13).
