Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sumantri Dadi Rojo (Sumatri Becomes King) by Nasirun was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,147.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nasirun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pemandangan Dari Atas (Landscape From Above) in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 25,082.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sumantri Dadi Rojo (Sumatri Becomes King) von Nasirun wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.147,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nasirun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pemandangan Dari Atas (Landscape From Above) im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 25.082,61).
