A top price for Nasirun
The work Pemandangan Dari Atas (Landscape From Above) by Nasirun was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 212,500.00 (€ 25,082.61), 18% above the upper estimate. With this result, Pemandangan Dari Atas (Landscape From Above) is even the most expensive work of art by Nasirun that we have observed at auctions so far.
