The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 5,313.00 (€ 3,817.08) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Naftali Bezem have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2000 the work Blessing in the Sinai Desert was auctioned for USD 4,700.00 (€ 5,038.59).
