Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Nanni Valentini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2020. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work Trasperenza (Mura) sold for GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,065.85) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nanni Valentini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Trasparenza, 1975, which sold at auction in June 2021 for GBP 25,250.00 (€ 29,422.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nanni Valentini erzielte im November 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde die Arbeit Trasperenza (Mura) für GBP 12.600,00 (€ 14.065,85) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nanni Valentini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Trasparenza, 1975 beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für GBP 25.250,00 (€ 29.422,81) versteigert wurde.
