Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ten Fans of Flowers by Nakamura Hochu was auctioned at Christies in Los Angeles in September this year. It changed hands for a price of USD 8,820.00 (€ 8,333.33) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Other works by Nakamura Hochu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2001 the work Cranes and sunrise was auctioned for USD 9,987.50 (€ 11,105.86).

Die Arbeit Ten Fans of Flowers von Nakamura Hochu kam im September diesen Jahres bei Christies in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 8.820,00 (€ 8.333,33) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00.
