Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life with Red Apples by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 15,120.00 (€ 16,890.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Forest, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 33,600.00 (€ 49,860.71).

Die Arbeit Still Life with Red Apples von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.120,00 (€ 16.890,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Forest beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 33.600,00 (€ 49.860,71) versteigert wurde.
