Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova could be acquired at Sothebys in London in November 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction, the work By The Window changed hands for GBP 11,875.00 (€ 14,011.33) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Forest, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 33,600.00 (€ 49,860.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova konnte im November 2016 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art wechselte die Arbeit By The Window für GBP 11.875,00 (€ 14.011,33) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Forest beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 33.600,00 (€ 49.860,71) versteigert wurde.
