A top price for Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova - as previously expected
The work Forest by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova was sold in the Russian Sale - Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in June 2007. The price achieved of GBP 33,600.00 (€ 49,860.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Forest is the most expensive artwork by Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Forest von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion Russian Sale - Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 33.600,00 (€ 49.860,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Forest das teuerste Kunstwerk von Nadezhda Andreevna Udaltsova, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
