A top price for Mustafa Horasan
In April 2012 Christies in Dubai held the auction Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish Art Part I, which included the work Untitled (from the Emo series) by Mustafa Horasan. Here, the upper estimate of USD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 27,500.00 (€ 20,787.66). With this result, Untitled (from the Emo series) is even the most expensive work of art by Mustafa Horasan that we have observed at auctions so far.
