In March 2008 Christies in New York held the auction South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Mudassar Manzoor. The »bidding war« ended at USD 8,125.00 (€ 5,140.78), 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Mudassar Manzoor; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in June 2008 with the realized price of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 6,004.16).

Im März 2008 führte Christies in New York die Auktion South Asian Modern + Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mudassar Manzoor zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 5.140,78) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Mudassar Manzoor; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 6.004,16).
