Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Moving Gracefully by Mohammed Ghani Hikmat was auctioned at Christies in London in November this year. The price achieved of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,680.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mohammed Ghani Hikmat - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Family, which sold at auction in November this year for GBP 32,000.00 (€ 37,081.04).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.680,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden.
