The work Reshape by Imran Qureshi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in June 2013. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,500.00 (€ 13,422.56), 64% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Imran Qureshi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Garden Within, which sold at auction in March 2017 for GBP 42,500.00 (€ 49,805.80).

Die Arbeit Reshape von Imran Qureshi wurde im Juni 2013 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.500,00 (€ 13.422,56) und damit 64% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Imran Qureshi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Garden Within beobachtet, die im März 2017 für GBP 42.500,00 (€ 49.805,80) versteigert wurde.
