Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 China Guardian held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Autumn Flowers by Miao Guying. The price achieved of HKD 9,600.00 (€ 1,067.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miao Guying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chrysanthemums By The Hedge in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 600,000.00 (€ 69,342.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte China Guardian die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn Flowers von Miao Guying zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 9.600,00 (€ 1.067,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miao Guying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chrysanthemums By The Hedge im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 600.000,00 (€ 69.342,41).
