A top price for Misheck Masamvu
In June 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work Natural Selection, 2017 by Misheck Masamvu. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 24,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 24,390.00. With this result, Natural Selection, 2017 is even the most expensive work of art by Misheck Masamvu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Misheck Masamvu
Im Juni 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Natural Selection, 2017 von Misheck Masamvu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 24.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 24.390,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Natural Selection, 2017 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Misheck Masamvu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
