Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2018 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) Including a Selection of Japanese Woodblock Prints from Private Collections, which included the work Mandalay Royal City by Min Zaw. The price achieved of HKD 22,500.00 (€ 2,539.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 18,000.00 – 28,000.00. Other works by Min Zaw have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2019 the work Entrance Of Myatheintan was auctioned for HKD 22,500.00 (€ 2,561.16).

Im November 2018 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) Including a Selection of Japanese Woodblock Prints from Private Collections durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mandalay Royal City von Min Zaw zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 22.500,00 (€ 2.539,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 18.000,00 – 28.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Min Zaw konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2019 die Arbeit Entrance Of Myatheintan für HKD 22.500,00 (€ 2.561,16) versteigert.
