A top price for Min Byung Hun - as previously expected
The work TR037; TR038; TR039 & TR040 by Min Byung Hun was sold in the Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2008. The result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 27,803.72) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, TR037; TR038; TR039 & TR040 is the most expensive artwork by Min Byung Hun that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit TR037; TR038; TR039 & TR040 von Min Byung Hun wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 27.803,72) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist TR037; TR038; TR039 & TR040 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Min Byung Hun, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
